Location and Working Pattern
Based in Cairo, Egypt, with frequent travel to customer sites and industry events. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Our client operates within the chemical and industrial solutions sector, partnering with key industries including Oil & Gas to deliver innovative products and services on a global scale.


Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and achieve sales targets within assigned regions and sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leading the complete sales cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Interpret technical specifications and provide solutions tailored to customer challenges.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.

Must-have Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline.
  • 6–10 years’ experience in chemical sales, technical sales or business development within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products and industrial applications.
  • Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and translate into solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently as part of the role.

Nice-to-have Skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regional market trends and networks within Oil & Gas.
  • Familiarity with additional customer relationship management platforms.
