Summary We’re seeking an experienced
Quality Manager with a strong
CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) bias to join our
Data Centre team based in Denmark. This role is ideal for a quality professional who has proven leadership experience and a passion for driving compliance and achieving first-time-right standards. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a major project with a leading principal contractor, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the construction process.
Salary EUR €60,000.00 – €89,000.00, plus benefits

Client Overview Our client is a respected international construction company recognised for delivering excellence on major projects. They are committed to maintaining high standards, innovation, and collaboration across their operations.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage site quality activities and installation processes to meet contractual and client requirements.
- Ensure benchmarks are prepared in line with technical submittals and contract specifications.
- Prepare and submit quality documentation for installation and project handover.
- Conduct site walkdowns (W1, W2, W3) and participate in inspections.
- Promote and implement company quality management systems across the project.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on quality systems and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage non-conformances, audits, and quality risk mitigation measures.
Must-have Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering projects.
- Proven track record in quality management on data centre projects at managerial level.
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, ISO 9001, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor teams.
- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Professional quality qualification or equivalent experience.
- Auditor training to ISO standards.
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience with Tier 1 contractors on large, complex projects.
- Knowledge of digital quality systems and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of lean construction techniques and right-first-time methodologies.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Membership of a recognised quality body (IRCA, CQI).
