Comuna Buciumi, Judetul Bacau, Romania. This role suits a quality management professional with proven experience in civil engineering projects who is passionate about compliance, safety, and excellence. You’ll play a key part in ensuring quality standards are met across all aspects of the site.

Responsibilities- Manage the site quality team and support corporate quality managers to achieve project goals
- Implement and monitor the site quality management system
- Perform audits on contractors during construction phases
- Liaise with client quality representatives to resolve quality concerns
- Ensure full compliance with contractual, company, and local authority quality requirements
- Maintain all site TTO documentation to ensure compliance and availability
- Produce monthly and biweekly quality reports
- Review and approve supplier/subcontractor NCRs, quality documents, and plans
- Facilitate inspections, expediting activities, and FAT/inspection report reviews
- Refresh contractor kick-off meetings and quality briefings
Must‑have Requirements- Degree in economic‑technical engineering and/or business/economics
- At least 3 years’ experience in quality management for construction projects
- Proven experience in process management, inspection, and site construction
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2008
- Skilled in QA/QC plan development and implementation
- Ability to lead specialist teams and corrective action plans
- Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written)
Nice‑to‑have Skills- Understanding of field operations and risk management practices
- Ability to identify project-critical success factors
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects
