An Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion and final delivery of an electrical engineering project's design and construction phases. An effective Electrical Project Manager has the communication and management skills required to lead teams, as well as having a technical background and experience to deliver successful projects.

The role of an Electrical Project Manager involves ensuring that the work required on each project is completed on-time and to an agreed schedule, within budget and to a high level of quality. Electrical Project Managers must understand all aspects of the electrical construction industry and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders in order to achieve this. Successful candidates looking to work as an Electrical Project Manager will typically hold an Degree in a relevant engineering field and have previous experience working in similar roles
