NRL is currently recruiting for an Administrator/People Coordinator to be based in Aberdeen for up to 3 months contract to work for an engineering company.

Expectations

To support the People Delivery team in the effective delivery of People activities to the business, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practice processes at all times.

The People Coordinator will interact with key stakeholders and should be comfortable dealing with line management at all levels of the organisation.

The People Coordinator will have an appreciation for the different roles within the People team and an awareness of the link between people team activity and wider business impact.


Key aims and objectives

The People Coordinator will be required to provide a comprehensive and professional customer–focused service in support of the People delivery team. In line with best practice and established processes and procedures, they will deliver requirements on time through effective, clear and concise communication and awareness of business and management needs.

Prime responsibilities and duties

  • To coordinate and supportthe company’s IR35 compliance activities by ensuring that the work completed by People Administrators is consistent, aligned, accurate and coordinated to delivery efficient and streamlined results, seeking support from relevant others as appropriate.
  • To co-ordinate, in conjunction with the People Administrator, the production of information to the project and ensure that accurate reports are delivered to meet requirements in a timely manner.
  • Work with the HRIS databases to provide reports from the systems on an ad-hoc basis as required and to provide reports as required.
  • Provide support to ensure all People systems are accurately updated and maintained through effective liaison and awareness of movements and changes. Completion of regular audits to ensure update compliance.
  • Be the focal point for the IR35 coordination activity
  • To be able to work autonomously and actively seek out areas for development and improvement within the business and prioritise workload accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship and network with the People and other business functions in order that People decisions and activities are based on sound business awareness and are considered as adding value to the business
