About the role:
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks, you will oversee the overall office management. This includes ordering office supplies, updating, and maintaining records as detailed below, scheduling meetings, and booking in site visitors.
- Experience with payroll submission working to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Office 365. Data review and validation from multiple sources.
- Upload date into systems / spreadsheets
- Coordinator with offsite remote payroll support.
- Review of previous day gate times, daily allocation sheets, holiday / authorised absence forms
- Workforce queries raised on site addressed through daily interaction with the supervisors.
- Managing sickness / lateness from site level
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administration experience
- Previous construction industry experience would be preferable.
- Previous site-based administration experience would be preferable.
- Knowledge of the NAECI agreement would be advantageous but not essential.
- Longterm contract
- Attractive pay rate + holidays
