We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading global wines and spirits company, on an initial 6 month contract - with potential for extension, as an Administrator in Glasgow City Centre on a hybrid working basis, focused on delivering excellent administrative support to the HR Team. 

You will support the HR team with their administration duties, assisting with data input, writing letters, dealing with queries, working on their ticketing system, assisting with onboarding documentation, arranging retirement gifting, and some payroll support if and when required. 
 
What you will need
  • Strong Word & Excel knowledge
  • Experience within an HR environment would be advantageous. 
  • Ability to multi task.
