Location: Site-based | Duration: Until 31st December 2025 | Sector: Renewable Energy
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to support operations on the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm project – one of the world’s largest offshore wind developments. You will play a key role in facilitating the day-to-day running of project delivery through coordination, reporting, and documentation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage project documentation, trackers, and registers
- Provide administrative support to project teams including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting minutes
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow
- Assist with onboarding procedures for site and office-based staff
- Update internal systems and project databases in line with project milestones
- Support procurement, invoicing, and logistics documentation where required
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and document control standards
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within engineering, construction, or energy projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach – able to work both independently and as part of a project team
- Experience on offshore or large infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of HSE, compliance, or site-based procedures
- Familiarity with ERP or project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Aconex)
