All training will be provided to manage the everyday tasks the role will be responsible for, alongside allocated time to work towards achieving your apprenticeship qualification.
What we’re looking for:
- GCSE English and Mathematics
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Previous experience in call handling/ customer service role preferred but not essential
- Keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work as part of a team both within the branch and wider business
- Process driven – working under instruction as well as using your initiative
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills to meet client expectations
Assist the compliance and administration team with:
- Onboarding new starters and conducting right to work checks
- Managing and processing security clearance
- Formatting, job descriptions, candidate CVs and obtaining references
- Updating and maintaining candidate database
- Generating contracts, completing induction and SQEP forms
- Advertising external recruitment roles
- Managing telephone calls
- Other ad hoc duties to support the team
