NRL are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for 2 CQV Engineers to support their growing operations in Ireland. These are exciting opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects within the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities with a strong focus on safety.
Manage the full CQV documentation and execution lifecycle, from SLIA generation through to OQ completion.
Develop and implement CQV procedures for assigned projects.
Review and approve Turnover Packages (TOPs).
Plan and scope commissioning spares and consumables.
Deliver CQV activities in line with project schedules.
Track and report progress of CQV activities.
Prepare Qualification Summary Reports (QSR) and manage the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Execute design reviews, shakedown, commissioning, FATs, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.
Oversee various CQV and verification tasks, including change control, contractor/vendor management, document control, and punch list resolution.
Coordinate with project contractors and equipment vendors to execute required testing.
Allocate project resources to ensure efficient delivery of project milestones.
Provide support during CQV execution phases.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CQV roles within the life sciences sector – experience with Clean Utilities or Fill/Finish is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in life science manufacturing processes such as biotech, aseptic fill/finish, OSD, or gene therapy.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.
