NRL are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to work with a client of ours, a leading supplier of industrial gases, on an initial 3-month contract in Hersham.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for HR related queries. Act as triage for queries and answer or escalate queries appropriately for resolution
Create and distribute accurate documents relating to the employee lifecycle. Eg Contracts of employment, onboarding checks, employment letters, leaves of absence etc.
Update HR databases with appropriate information through the employee lifecycle (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant HR related data such as absences, bonus and leaves.
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information in accordance with Company policies.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
Process invoices and payment requests.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Deliver excellent service, customer care and display strong customer service ethos, even though times of change
Maintain accountability for handling enquiries to resolution
Continuously seek to identify ways to improve, challenging current practice and suggesting a better way
Participate in other HR related projects or tasks as required
Requirements:
Open minded, adaptable with ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PC literate with experience of MS Office applications.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Teamwork skills.
High level of accuracy
Results Orientated
Previous experience in HR administration preferred.
