NRL are working with a leading international engineering business who now has a requirement for a HR Assistant/Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, with sound knowledge and proven application of employment law you will assist the Company in delivering a wide range of HR activities and employment terms. As part of an international HR team you will be involved in local and international HR related projects: including but not limited to: assisting with the delivery of the new HR Strategy, Health and Wellbeing, Employability, Employer Branding. Together with providing dedicated Business Management and secretarial support for the General Manager.

You will have a pro-active hands-on approach, who will able to work independently to manage challenging activities and new projects to a precise and accurate standard. A intuitive  thinker, resource investigator and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders on an international level, together with:

Essential

·       Extensive HR assistant experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a Company in delivering of HR activities and employment law, in areas such as: Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, Discipline and Grievance, Learning and Development - Succession Planning and Talent Management, Equality and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Leaving Employment

·       Extensive experience in managing HRMIS (ideally Oracle) and producing and interpreting HR Reports

·       Understanding and delivery of HR related projects in line with best practice and employment law

·       Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice and own personal development.
