HR Officer – ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage)

NRL are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team supporting the ENI Liverpool Bay Project based out of an office in Talacre. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Project Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient HR and general services operations across the project site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise general services including cleaning, maintenance, reception, security, logistics, and accommodation.

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and service quality.

  • Maintain and update HR scheduling in line with the mobilization plan.

  • Support office space planning and workstation setup for onboarding/offboarding staff.

  • Liaise with the client on behalf of the Project Management Team regarding contractual HR documentation (e.g., CV submissions, Personnel Assignment Authorization Forms).

  • Organize and archive employee documentation (contracts, payslips, certificates) both digitally and physically.

  • Handle internal requests for office supplies, equipment, and IT support in collaboration with relevant departments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR support or administrative coordination within a project environment.

  • Education: CIPD Level 3 or higher, or a relevant university degree.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR and employee documentation processes.

  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and archiving systems.
