If you are an experienced Lab Technician looking for a new challenge and are keen to work within the Building & Construction sector, then this role may be for you! This role is based at Cornelly Laboratory, Bridgend @ Cornelly Quarry and is for an initial 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Playing an active part in maintaining a strong SHE cultures within the laboratory and wider business.
- Providing a timely and accurate process for determining result data with excellent communication
- Testing aggregate and asphalt products in line with recognised national and internal standards
- Maintaining laboratory equipment in calibration and a serviceable condition reporting any defects in the process
- Logging and reporting all test results using the appropriate technical reporting system
- Working knowledge of products aggregate and asphalt
- Working knowledge of test procedures, material specifications and testing standards
- Initial 3-month contract
