- Supervise the installation, assembly, and commissioning of mechanical systems (piping, HVAC, rotating equipment, metal structures, etc.).
- Coordinate and lead the team of supervisors, technicians, and on-site contractors.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor physical progress of the work and report deviations to the project management team.
- Implement and enforce occupational health and safety policies.
- Participate in coordination meetings with other disciplines (electrical, civil, instrumentation).
- Review and approve work procedures, lifting plans, and technical documentation.
- Manage material resources and equipment required for the execution of the works.
- Conduct quality inspections and assist in resolving non-conformities.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress and activity control reports.
- Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical works supervision, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
- Experience in reading drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management tools and technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Industrial safety certifications (desirable).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on-site and in rotating shifts if required.
