NRL are currently recruiting Mechanical Mates for a role based in Oldbury.
Start Date: Ongoing intakes
Duration: Long term ongoing
Site: Manufacturing plant
Job Spec:
Assisting skilled crafts people with their day-to-day activities .
Must be keen / willing to learn , and able to take instruction.
Good H & S standards needed .
Requirements:
Ability to work within a team as well as under your own initiative.
Ideal candidates should have a level of experience within the mechanical / plumbing industry.
All competencies will be reviewed via CV’s prior to interviews.
Basic hand tools required.
Working Hours:
7.30am-4pm Mon-Thru
7.30am-1pm Fri
Overtime potentially available
Rate of Pay:
PAYE:
Basic - £12.59 working rate + £1.65 HP = £14.24 total payable
OT1 - £16.79 working rate + £2.20 HP = £18.99 total payable
OT2 - £18.88 working rate + £2.47 HP = £21.35 total payable
Umbrella:
Basic - £16.20
OT1 - £21.55
OT2 - £24.30
