About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join a leading Tier 1 M&E Engineering Contractor on a permanent PAYE basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects across the Leeds region, delivering excellence in building services and infrastructure.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will take a hands-on role overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical installations on-site, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical compliance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on major M&E or building services projects, including hospitals, schools/universities, and data centres.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, pipework, and plantroom installations.

  • Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 M&E or main contractor is desirable.

  • Relevant trade or technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, SSSTS or SMSTS).

  • Excellent leadership and site coordination skills.

  • Full right to work in the UK.
