Summary

We are currently looking for a new team member to support the established administration department in our fast-paced Heysham branch.

In our branch administration team you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills to help ensure everything runs smoothly, as well as helping deliver service improvements across our broad service lines to various customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced administrative environment

  • Excellent grammar and literary skills

  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills

  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge to a good level

  • Ability to build customer service relations

  • Ability to work well within a team and build a strong internal reputation for high quality delivery of work and customer service

  • Ability to prioritise, organise and work with attention to detail under pressure

  • Ability to learn new systems and procedures to ensure tasks completed to a high standard

  • Payroll knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential

  • Previous HR administration experience would also be advantageous

Key responsibilities:

  • Formatting CVs, generating contracts and coordinating bookings

  • Distribution and collation of contracts via EchoSign

  • Completion and co-ordination of security clearance applications, reviews, transfers and information packs

  • Completion and chasing of candidate references

  • Proof of Right To Work checks

  • Managing payroll queries and client data enquiries

  • Tracking branch starters and leavers

  • AWR tracking and contract amendments

  • Candidate dose management/recording, uploading documents compliantly

  • Post – inbound and outbound

  • Purchase order tracking and chasing

  • Overseeing legislative rate changes i.e. pension, national minimum wage

  • Any additional duties that may arise
