Painter/Prepper – Coolkeeragh Power Station

Location: Coolkeeragh Power Station, Northern Ireland

Duration: 3 days - working 10 hour shifts each day 

Pay Rate: £20.14 per hour PAYE 

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Painter/Prepper to support a short-term project at Coolkeeragh Power Station.


Role Overview:

You will be responsible for prepping and painting surfaces to a high standard, supporting maintenance or refurbishment activities within a live industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface preparation including sanding, masking, and degreasing

  • Applying primers and top coats using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work area

  • Working to health and safety standards, particularly in a power station environment


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Painter/Prepper in an industrial or construction setting

  • Valid CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport

  • Ability to start immediately and commit to the full 3-day assignment

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
