Procurement Assistant/Assistant Buyer
NRL are currently recruiting for a Procurement Assistant/Assistant Buyer to work remotely to provide Supply Chain support, obtaining goods and/or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Process requisition to purchase orders on all sub £5k requirements
Order book management, clear aged debt by liaising with supplier and end users
Establish Cost savings
Data Management
Supply chain advisory capacity
Competitive tendering utilising SAP ARIBA
What you will need:
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and policies as contained within BMS
Knowledge of core supply chain clauses as contained within the MSDF contract
High level of computer literacy throughout MS office applications and high level of competency in the use of IFS for the purposes of document management, Purchase Order management and invoice management and supplier performance management activity.
Completion of SAP ARIBA training is required to apply knowledge tendering activity and the accurate capture of cost savings.
