NRL are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to work on a prestigious project in Manchester.

Duties include:
Take over filing and administration of the induction system
Take over weekly meeting schedule/matrix – check all still happening and rooms are aligned (some regular meetings don’t have rooms at the moment, needs a refresh)
Admin of meeting rooms
Updating visitors guide and managing any visits with operational team
Update the seating plan with who is sat where
Update project directory (names/contacts)
Update & own holiday tracker
Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
Recording of Visitors to project office
Take photos of key staff for organogram/site board
Project office Equipment Asset register – ensure list is updated
Administer project email account which is operational.  Set it up and monitor use.
Assist Senior Leadership Team in admin / records.
Administration and allocation of security fobs to offices
Ordering of authorised refreshments to suit meetings
Scanning of Contract documents and upload on to server to meet Commercial Requirements
Dealing with distribution of post and deliveries to office
Responsible for office cleaning and maintenance requirements to be carried out

The contract is expected to run for 7 weeks, possibly longer.

Working hours will be 38 hours a week (Monday to Friday).
