Take the Lead. Deliver Excellence.

We’re recruiting a Project Manager on a contract basis (outside IR35) to support a major pharmaceutical EPCM project in Liverpool. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-value programme and lead a multi-disciplinary team through complex project delivery.

This is your chance to:

  • Be on-site in Liverpool – where your leadership will directly shape project outcomes.

  • Take charge of a £60m–£80m pharmaceutical EPCM project – from design through to construction and commissioning.

  • Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team – and set the standard for delivery excellence.

  • Work outside IR35 – with a contract structure that reflects your experience and value.

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a major pharmaceutical EPCM project. From managing engineering and procurement activities to overseeing construction and commissioning, you’ll ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Proven experience delivering pharmaceutical EPCM projects in the £60m–£80m range.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplined teams.

  • A deep understanding of project controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset – with the confidence to lead from the front.
