Manage/undertake the commercial activities on projects to optimise the cash flow and profit for each project in which involved.
Duties:
· Undertaking of subcontractor procurement and administration
· Preparation of valuations in relation to work
· Cash collection in relation to project valuations
· Preparation of profit/loss accounts for projects
· Preparation of cash flow forecasts for projects
· Resolution of commercial issues to minimise risk and maximise opportunity
- Preparation of extension of time/loss and expense submissions
- Development of relationships with clients
Experience needed:
- A Commercial/Quantity Surveying background (preferably within the M&E sector)
- Knowledge of industry procurement methods
- Competency in relevant IT skills
- Ability to analyse information to ensure its integrity
- Knowledge of appropriate forms of contract/subcontract
