Recruitment coordinator / administrator

NRL are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work with our client from their offices in Crewe. This is a 6-month contract position with a good chance of extension.

Duties:
To support the talent acquisition team with reviewing job descriptions and candidates’ CVs, liaising with stakeholders, etc. The recruitment coordinator will also be managing the administration for the team, such as building reports, the preparation of reports, trends reports, data analysis to advise the team, process invoices, and any other ad-hoc admin task as required.

Experience Required:

  • Candidate with previous experience in an office management role as well as recruitment experience in a similar industry (oil & gas, engineering)
  • Candidates must be highly organised, self-starters, able to navigate the internal channels of the business, able to manage their own workload, excellent problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and work to deadlines
  • Advanced excel
  • Additional language (French, Spanish, Polish) will be an advantage.
