NRL’s manufacturing client based in Grangemouth has requirement for an Technical Administrator to join the team for a 2-3 Month contract basis.

About the role:

The purpose of the Administrator role is to provide a clerical service to effectively manage technical data, the turnaround (TAR) work packs and documentation validation flow. Also responsible for scheduling various meetings, administering the risk register and TAR action-tracking database.

**Key Accountabilities:**

- Creating workflows for TAR Workpacks
- Point of contact for Project Packs updates, and ensuring TAR files up to date with the latest version.
- Create a physical filing structure for workpacks in Alfresco
- Print out basic structure/carcass of a workpack
- Print and scan documents ticked off on workpack tracking wall and update workpack
- Responsibility for updating workpack progress tracker from wall
- Print out punch packs
- Chase up disciplines before monthly steering team
- Print out and coordinate inspection packs
- Risk Register - Weekly update and follow up of actions
- Print out and workflow of Ops Procedure Approvals
- Workpack - Weekly updates & KPl's
- Pre-TAR Asset work Tracker
- Arranging & coordinating TAR inductions & training day
- Print out and coordinate SIP's requirements from workpack
- Act as Fire Warden for management area

What you will need?

**Required**

- Strong IT skills including MS Office packages
- Planning and Organisation Skills
- Ability to persuade and influence
- Excellent team working and networking skills peers, managers and external contacts
- Ability to prioritise incoming material and to anticipate the managers requirements and determine what can be actioned or referred in their absence

**Desirable**

- HNC or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant site working experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure and intelligently to assess and anticipate the requirements of the Leadership Team
- A Quality or Document Control background in Oil & Gas would be an advantage
- Experience in Alfresco and Maximo would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Work packs would be advantageous
