We are currently looking for a Technical Clerk for an exciting project based in Whitby, North Yorkshire. The position is full time, starting ASAP, for 6 months then ongoing thereafter.

Key Responsibilities for the job include:
  • Deliver a broad range of administrative services including document control and data input
  • Obtain supplier quotations, complete material requisitions and ordering
  • Compile delivery dockets and complete Goods received Notes
  • Manage sign-in sheets and weekly time sheets for payroll purposes
  • Manage site Plant and Tool Register
  • Liaise with relevant departments at head office
  • Complete drawing registers in excel format as part of work packs
  • Compiling / filing test sheets for handover to clients Commissioning team
  • Assist with on-site access and start up procedure for new employees
  • Adhoc assistance to all aspects of running an efficient and productive site office.
Key Competencies:
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills - written / verbal
  • Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, flexibility, and drive to finish key activities through to completion.
  • Excellent working knowledge MS Office applications is essential
