Leiston
Leiston is a village in Suffolk, England. It has a population of around 5,500 people. It is a small, coastal town that borders the larger and more famous town of Aldeburgh. Leiston is located on the River Lea and is part of Babergh district.
Leiston is home to the nuclear power station, Sizewell B. The power station has been decommissioning and is an ongoing project. The project provides a large amount of employment opportunities in the Leiston area.
Leiston is mainly served by a main road from Norwich to Lowestoft that runs through the town centre. There are frequent buses and trains serving Leiston and surrounding areas, so it is easy to travel around.
