Trondheim
Trondheim is a city and municipality in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It has a population of around 190,000 people, and is the third most populous municipality in Norway, although the fourth largest urban area. The city has many well-known landmarks, like the Nidaros Cathedral, which is the main church of the Church of Norway.
The engineering sector in Trondheim is growing rapidly and is one of the city’s most important industries. In addition to oil and gas, there are many other industries that have bases here and employ engineering specialists, including shipbuilding.
Trondheim has a great public transport system. Buses run regularly throughout the city and stop at the main stations. The city also has a tram and bus service, which is useful if you're visiting the outlying parts of town.
