Summary

We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Officer to join our client’s team on-site in Cairo, Egypt. USD 1,100 – 1,300 per month

Client Overview

Our client is a leading organisation in the Oil & Gas sector, committed to operational excellence, innovation, and the continuous development of its workforce.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and manage LMS features, settings, and integrations
• Oversee system upgrades, releases, and ensure platform reliability
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrolments
• Upload and organise learning content, courses, and certifications
• Generate reports on enrolments, completions, and compliance metrics
• Provide first-line support for learners and instructors, resolving technical issues
• Ensure data protection, privacy standard compliance, and audit readiness
• Recommend and implement process improvements and test new functionalities

 

Must-have Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in a Learning & Development role
• Proven proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills

 

Nice-to-have Skills

• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Ability to manage projects and improve training processes
