position of Learning & Development Officer, as per the below requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Management System & Platform Management – with the HRMS supervisor support

  • Configure and maintain the LMS (settings, features, integrations)
  • Manage upgrades and new releases
  • Ensure system performance and reliability
  • Handle integrations with HRIS and other tools 
User & Access Management – With IT Management team

  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Enroll users in courses and learning plans
  • Troubleshoot login and access issues
  • Manage organizational structures (departments, cohorts, groups) 
Training Courses & Content Management

  • Upload, organize, and update learning content
  • Create and manage courses and certifications
  • Archive or retire outdated content
  • Help translate business or learning needs into LMS solutions
Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate reports on enrollments, completions, scores, and compliance
  • Track mandatory training and certification status
  • Provide data to HR, L&D, compliance, or leadership teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity 
Learner & Instructor Support – With TDS & L&D Team Members

  • Act as first-line support for learners and instructors
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Create user guides, FAQs, or quick how-to resources
  • Train instructors or content creators on LMS usage
 

 

Security, Privacy & Compliance – With IT Management team

  • Enforce data protection and privacy standards
  • Manage permissions and audit logs
  • Support compliance training and reporting requirements
 

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Document LMS processes and admin procedures
  • Recommend improvements based on usage and feedback
  • Test new features and pilot enhancements
  • Act as liaison between vendors, IT, and L&D stakeholders

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a must
  • Preferable with Oil & Gas background
