Reports To: Sales Manager / Commercial Director

Location: Cairo ,Egypt

 

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in chemical sales, technical sales, or business development in Oil and Gas Industry.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of chemical products and industrial applications.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Customer-focused mindset.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
• New customer acquisition.
• Customer retention and satisfaction.

 

Working Conditions

• Frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
