Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in chemical sales, technical sales, or business development in Oil and Gas Industry.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of chemical products and industrial applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Customer-focused mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
