We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our Woking branch servicing long established clients within the Renewable, Advanced Facilities and Infrastructure sectors.

Your role will include the following duties:
Oversee the development of key customer accounts
Sourcing candidates to fulfil client requirements
Manage client accounts, including coordinating the recruitment work of others
Develop an understanding of market conditions within your industry sector(s)
Understand and support the candidate recruitment with your portfolio of clients
Contacting potential candidates via telephone and email
Arrangement and coordination of interviews
Client/worker liaison
Supporting our robust compliance procedure
Support with invoicing queries and escalating issues as required

What we’re looking for:
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience, however those with strong account management / customer liaison skills can be considered with a desire to learn the recruitment skills necessary
Comfortable working both independently and also as part of a team
Confident telephone manner
Good communication skills (both verbally and via email)
Strong organisational skills
Experience of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Enjoy working in a fast paced, reactive environment
Desire to learn and develop as a professional

Facilitate training, whilst motivating and guiding colleagues with the team

Play a key role in the delivery of NRL’s recruitment services
Assist with interviews for new team members
Play a pivotal role in supporting the direction of business growth
Review new software and business development methods to support the business development activities of NRL
Develop an understanding of market conditions within specific industry sector(s) & regions
