NRL have an exciting opportunity for a full time Administration Assistant to join our rapidly growing Woking team, as the branch expands to meet a sustained increase in workload.
This role will provide vital support to the recruitment and compliance teams, ensuring all necessary administrative functions are up-held. About the role:
Answering incoming calls in a professional manner – transferring calls to colleagues or taking messages
Maintaining our candidates and client database
Maintaining and tracking all operational spreadsheets
Handling email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Ensuring candidate CVs are formatted as required by our clients, in the correct templates, and uploaded to our database
Placing job adverts on various job boards and social media
Undertaking reference checks for new starters
Providing support to candidates undergoing security clearance
Catching up with our existing workforce and ensuring they are happy with the service provided – dealing with any worker queries together with the recruitment team
Resolving payroll related requests – such as expenses and timesheets
Updating and tracking our Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) report (full training provided)
Gathering onboarding information prior to workers starting, recording it in the database
Other ad-hoc administrative support when required
What we’re looking for:
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft office especially Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work under instruction, but on own initiative when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and cope with a changing workload
Ability to prioritise workload
