We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 construction contractor for an experienced BIM Manager to join their Life Sciences team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge development, where you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the contractor’s Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across multiple high-profile projects.

This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in the Dublin area. You will be an integral part of the site operations team, ensuring the successful delivery and handover of complex construction projects. Strong BIM documentation experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the pre-construction team by reviewing tender documents (e.g., Works Information, EIR) to identify client BIM and digital requirements.

  • Conduct technical reviews of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.

  • Assist in the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and ensure all internal and external stakeholders understand their responsibilities.

  • Lead DPD kick-off meetings (in collaboration with the Information Manager) to finalise project-specific digital strategies.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM Engineers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Viewpoint for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software.

  • Third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive digital innovation on-site.
