Functions:
  • Ultimate responsibility and main point of contact with the client for the entire construction project.
  • Represent the owner's interests before the contracted companies.
  • Lead and coordinate the site team to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage contracts with the contracted companies.
  • Plan installations and organize the construction site.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update the construction schedule.
  • Coordinate on-site activities carried out by contractors.
  • Perform daily site inspections.
  • Verify and accept completed services.
  • Supervise the execution of works in accordance with the project, building permit, and other mandatory authorizations, as well as the terms of the contract.
  • Organize and participate in regular coordination meetings (on-site meetings).
  • Draft meeting minutes and follow up on outcomes.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the client.
  • Maintain continuous photographic documentation.
  • Organize approval requests submitted by contractors, including workflow management.
  • Verify additional works and claims in terms of technical content and pricing.
  • Review interim and final invoices against payment schedules and contracts.
  • Manage the acquisition of official permits required for project execution.
  • Coordinate on-site safety measures in collaboration with the Health and Safety Coordinator (CSS).
  • Obtain and verify material, quality, and completion certificates.
  • Accept construction services, identify defects, and oversee their resolution.
  • Organize the handover and commissioning of the property.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Languages: High level of English is essential.
  • Software: Presto, AutoCAD.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the described functions.
  • Location: Zaragoza
