NRL are currently seeking a General Administrator (Inside IR35) on a 12-month contract based in an office in Worcester.
About the role:
As the General Administrator, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to staff, visitors, and clients, while managing documentation, data entry, and internal communications with accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves supporting procurement processes, with SAP experience being highly desirable. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll need to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
What you will need:
Proven experience in an office-based administrative role
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
SAP experience (especially in a Requisitioner role) is a plus
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
