Please note this is a contract requirement. Candidates are required asap until 01/08/2022 initially.
Purpose of Role:
- Responsible for conducting transactional HR administration efficiently and correctly, in line with SOx requirements, HR policies, service level agreements and timetables.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of HR Services SOx requirements, practices and system developments.
- Maintain positive working relationships with peers in order to ensure consistency of service and processes across Employee Services.
- Support the HR Services Manager with new initiatives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external and exceed their expectations.
- Suggest and help to implement improvements to processes.
- Employee lifecycle administration in line with SOx requirements (starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, ad-hoc payment
- Amendments to contractual & personal details - transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements and timetables
- Employee master data and associated records are maintained
- Positive behaviours and achievement of objectives demonstrated

- Effective support for HR Services Manager
- Actively support the delivery of a professional, highly efficient and customer focused HR Shared Service.
- Responsible for a set of HR processes.
- Identify improvements to work practices to provide a highly effective, seamless service to customers
- Support for HR Services Manager Support a positive “one team” culture
- Provide advice and assistance to the HRS Manager and stakeholders in accordance with GDPR.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills including MS Packages
- SAP experience is beneficial
- Must be able to provide two employment references prior to a start if successful
