NRL are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work on a contract basis for one of our clients in Solihull. Initial training will be given in office so there will be no hybrid working until client Is happy with the level of work the successful candidate provides, they will then discuss 50/50 WFH/Office work, to be discussed at interview.

Please note this is a contract requirement. Candidates are required asap until 01/08/2022 initially.

Purpose of Role:
  • Responsible for conducting transactional HR administration efficiently and correctly, in line with SOx requirements, HR policies, service level agreements and timetables.
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of HR Services SOx requirements, practices and system developments.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with peers in order to ensure consistency of service and processes across Employee Services.
  • Support the HR Services Manager with new initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external and exceed their expectations.
  • Suggest and help to implement improvements to processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Employee lifecycle administration in line with SOx requirements (starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, ad-hoc payment
  • Amendments to contractual & personal details - transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements and timetables
  • Employee master data and associated records are maintained
  • Positive behaviours and achievement of objectives demonstrated
  • Improvements identified
  • Effective support for HR Services Manager
  • Actively support the delivery of a professional, highly efficient and customer focused HR Shared Service.
  • Responsible for a set of HR processes.
  • Identify improvements to work practices to provide a highly effective, seamless service to customers
  • Support for HR Services Manager Support a positive “one team” culture
  • Provide advice and assistance to the HRS Manager and stakeholders in accordance with GDPR.
What You Will Need:
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills including MS Packages
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • Must be able to provide two employment references prior to a start if successful
