Role:
Responsible for planning, directing and implementing Human Resources (People) functions. Managing the function in a smaller location or as part of a larger team reporting to the People Director within a larger location.
You’ll be:
An Operational Manager ensuring the alignment of your area with broader organisational initiatives and objectives
Identifying and defining issues, collaborating where needed and providing empathetic and solution based on consultive advice, based on best practice for client solutions
Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity, managing changing priorities and be open to personal and business changes
Leading and implementing organisational project changes from your knowledge of the function
Making decisions for selection, training, discipline and renumeration of staff
Assigning programme work and policy framework
Effectively communicating and presenting complex proposals and reports to senior level management
You'll have:
University degree (or equivalent) in related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
Supervisory, project management or technical experience
Commercial acumen and understanding of the impact of the role on the business Ability to influence outcomes within broad policies
Posses an understanding of business strategies, culture and work to achieve results and able to execute work beyond the scope of individual function Ability to troubleshoot and develop tactical plans for implementing organisational goals and oversee the design of new concepts and ideas related to projects and the function
A participative management style with a cooperative team approach
Advanced understanding of relevant systems, processes, and tools
