In these instances, you’ll ensure they are following the correct processes, acting impartially and providing feedback in a timely manner. For those requiring additional support, you’ll join them in interviews, taking notes and providing feedback where required. Similarly, you may challenge where required to ensure we’re hiring the best people for the business.

  • Scheduling interviews and feedback calls is an important part of the role, so you’ll need to be organised, and able to plan your workload effectively. You’ll also ensure all hiring paperwork is completed so we can seamlessly onboard new hires.
  • Interviewing internal applicants for promotion roles is part of this role also. It would help if you’re aware of how L&D works with recruitment to make recommendations on how we can support and advance internal colleagues through mentoring, training and development.

  • Managing multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their life-cycle. The role can be incredibly busy and you’ll need to be able to manage and control all vacancies and candidates.
  • Supporting advisors in the team by role modelling our core behaviours and sharing your experiences in a way which improves our ability to deliver recruitment at pace.
  • You’ll also be involved in different projects based on your experiences.
