The Role:
You will be working as part of the team to provide the highest customer satisfaction experience, ensuring the service continues to evolve and meet client demands. You will be working closely with client stakeholders & suppliers to resource plan and deliver recruitment services in the most efficient and effective ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving improvements to the quality of support we provide to the client and suppliers in recruitment activity and process, whilst improving capability and understanding within the operations team
- Managing the Ireland client account, developing our understanding of the client, its culture and ethos further increasing our knowledge, understanding and service across the business
- Supply Chain Management (Ireland and UK)
- Assist in defining and building the RPO product and providing support with sales capability
- Assist with bid and tender submissions and management
- Provide support to the Operations team with technology project enhancements
- Provide business continuity across the wider team (operations)
- Support Client Services Director with project work and developing new opportunities
- Engage with the Clients hiring community to define current and future resource needs, making sure that all information is passed through to the Supply Chain via the Digital Platform
You will need:
- Prior account management experience in an MSP / RPO environment
- Must understand the workings of an MSP
- Strong customer-facing and presenting skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites on a regular basis (UK and Ireland)
