Our client is a leading Irish residential developer. We are looking to hire a site clerk / site admin for a permanent position in West Dublin. Site based role.
Job Details:
• BCAR Admin,
• H&S Paperwork Admin etc
• Document control for the management team.
• Maintaining order books and reconciling orders with delivery dockets.
• Inspection of deliveries where possible.
• Administering returns in accordance with Company policy.
• Undertaking data entry and back-up.
Requirements:
• At least 3 year’s previous experience working in a similar role within construction.
• Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Document Control & BCAR Admin
