Are you a detail-oriented, organised professional with a passion for operational excellence? Linx is looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Operations Team, supporting clients and recruitment agencies with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality workforce solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate daily recruitment activity and supplier communications
  • Manage inboxes, Teams messages, and candidate documentation
  • Support reporting, payroll, and HR processes
  • Act as a key contact for hiring managers and agencies
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment workflows and IR35 assessments
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and admin skills
  • High attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office & Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in recruitment or vendor systems is a plus
