NRL’s client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical projects at a manufacturing plant in Irvine. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage site execution, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and schedule compliance. This is a permanent staff role supporting major ongoing infrastructure within a live 24/7 plant environment.

 

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-project construction sites within pharmaceutical, chemical, or similarly regulated sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of EPCm delivery, safety compliance, and construction methodology review
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple contractors and interface with client stakeholders on live operational sites
  • Experience with RAMS, quality documentation, safety audits, and workforce engagement
  • Excellent planning and communication skills, including 3-week lookahead scheduling and daily site coordination
