What You Will Need
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-project construction sites within pharmaceutical, chemical, or similarly regulated sectors
- Strong working knowledge of EPCm delivery, safety compliance, and construction methodology review
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple contractors and interface with client stakeholders on live operational sites
- Experience with RAMS, quality documentation, safety audits, and workforce engagement
- Excellent planning and communication skills, including 3-week lookahead scheduling and daily site coordination
