NRL are recruiting for an experienced Delivery Hub Coordinator to join a leading international service provider to the energy industry, with a diverse client portfolio including many of the world’s leading energy companies. Our client build, manage, and maintain infrastructure for the energy industries. their comprehensive and tailored service offering covers each stage of the project life cycle and a variety of commercial models, giving their clients the flexibility, they need.

About the role:
  • Co-ordinate initial mobilisation for new start (staff & adhoc) in line with company induction process
  • Maintain accurate rota management system (ATS) with any changes
  • Update and maintain all required company systems, i.e., Power BI portals, RDB etc.
  • Liaise with customer logistics for mobilisation requirements 
  • Update with relevant company communications 
  • Engage with offshore employees and client supervision regarding any enquiries
  • Recruitment of ad-hoc personnel in line with the BMS Ad hoc Resourcing Process 
  • Raise requisitions for offshore staff vacancies 
  • Liaise with employees on short term absence and arrange RTW medical as appropriate 
  • Meeting medevacs and escorting to company medical provider(s) as required
  • Support Team Leader with client weekly calls 
  • Provide weekly report to designated Team Leader on operational activity 
  • Monthly reporting for functional support 
  • Tool Hire & Purchase as required by the contract 
  • Update Organisational charts 
  • Collate appraisals, record as necessary 
  • Participate in offshore visits 
  • Participate in Operations On call Team 
  • Proactively support Horizon Zero and Company Health and Safety initiatives
Candidates will have:
  • Good secondary/tertiary education
  • Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies 
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills 
  • Good time management
  • Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels 
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues 
  • Ability to liaise with internal teams, offshore personnel, and Client effectively.
  • Capable of working on own initiative and with minimal supervision
  • Operations experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Contractor personnel resourcing experience preferable
  • Oracle experience would be an advantage 
  • Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
