About the role:
The candidate will be responsible for setting up new employees getting them through their onboarding process correctly, collating appraisals, ensuring travel plans to and from offshore platforms are completed. Engaging with employees to resolve any queries they may have whilst raising requisitions for the recruitment of Ad-Hoc/offshore personnel.
Creating and maintaining rostering for offshore staffing ensuring hours, sicknesses and annual leave are inputted correctly. Provide weekly operational reports to team leaders and participating in operational teams’ calls.
Raising any maintenance queries coordinating delivery of parts and tool hires to offshore platforms. The candidate will be maintaining rota systems, staff files and health as well as health and safety records and update and maintaining all required company systems. The role is very heavily set in coordination, operations, and recruitment.
Must have
- Previous experience with offshore onboarding, logistics, recruitment, coordination, rostering, and Maintenance.
- Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
- Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
- Co-ordinate initial mobilisation for new start (staff & ad hoc) in line with company induction process
