Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer facing link of the supply chain
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Provide excellent customer service
- Receiving communications from internal and external customers by phone or email to provide satisfactory resolutions
Role Requirements:
- Good basic standard of education including Mathematics, English, Science grade C or above
- Passion to deliver excellent customer service
- Multitasking ability
- Keen eye for detail
- Confident and able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes
- Team player
- Proven to adaptable to change
