NRL are recruiting for an EC&I biased Construction Supervisor to support a major industrial project at Liverpool Docks. This is a contract role (outside IR35), due to start mid to late September, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months.

Your Role:

As Construction Supervisor, you’ll report to the Construction Manager and take ownership of EC&I construction activities. You’ll coordinate contractors, review technical documentation, and ensure installations meet UK regulations and client standards. From site inspections to commissioning support, you’ll be a key figure in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient construction. You'll be working full-time on-site in Liverpool with some overtime/weekend work likely.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Proven experience supervising EC&I works on industrial or refinery projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK electrical and instrumentation standards
  • Familiarity with control systems (PLC, SCADA) and field instrumentation
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
  • ECS/CSCS card or equivalent certification
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in palm oil or agro-industrial processing facilities
  • Knowledge of ATEX installations and hazardous area classifications
  • Understanding of construction quality management and inspection tools
