Logistics Coordinator – Offshore Wind Project

Department: Supply Chain & Operations

Division: Renewable Energy – Offshore Wind

Employment Type: Full-Time, 1 year contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of a landmark offshore wind project. This role is central to managing the movement of large-scale components, coordinating marine logistics, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution across international and offshore environments.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to oversee the transport and delivery of wind turbine components, auxiliary systems, and installation equipment—ensuring everything arrives safely, on time, and in compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for turbine components including blades, nacelles, towers, and auxiliary systems

  • Manage transport schedules, customs documentation, and delivery milestones across global supply routes

  • Liaise with marine logistics providers and installation teams to support offshore campaigns

  • Monitor inventory, shipping status, and delivery performance using ERP and logistics tracking systems

  • Support the setup and operation of temporary logistics hubs, rigging lofts, and laydown areas

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as import/export regulations

  • Collaborate with procurement, construction, and planning teams to align logistics with project timelines

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders and audits

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in logistics coordination, ideally within energy, construction, or offshore sectors

  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and freight forwarding

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics software

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project needs

  • Knowledge of offshore wind or large infrastructure projects is advantageous

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to contribute to a globally significant renewable energy project

  • Collaborative, fast-paced team environment

  • Career development within a pioneering sector

  • Competitive compensation and benefits
