NEC Project Management Manager with Bridge structures/construction experience to provide specialist constructability and buildability support and expertise in the delivery of main Works Civils. The location will be largely site based at one of our site delivery offices within a 1hr drive from Milton Keynes.
Duties include but not limited to:
NEC Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, Progress Monitoring (Quantities and Time), CPI/SPI assessment, Change Management, Risk Management. 6 months contract. Hourly rate based on experience.
3 days a week required on site (days to be decided weekly), 2 days WFH.
Experience in the following:
Major infrastructure
Rail, Highways and structures
Working on site with contractors
NEC contract administration
Risk management
