Location: Farnborough Aerospace Centre, GU14 6XW (some travel to Dublin required)

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to support our People & Culture operations across the UK and Ireland. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong HR and payroll experience, ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver transactional HR services aligned with Group People & Culture processes
Manage personnel administration including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll interface
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance
Collaborate with global P&C colleagues to implement HR strategies and initiatives
Support change management and provide guidance to leaders on HR-related matters
Skills & Experience
Strong background in HR operations and payroll administration
Familiarity with employment law, contracts, and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
IPASS qualification (or equivalent Irish payroll training) desirable
Knowledge of Irish employment law advantageous
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
Degree or professional background in HR, Payroll, or a related field
