We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to support our People & Culture operations across the UK and Ireland. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong HR and payroll experience, ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic, international environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver transactional HR services aligned with Group People & Culture processes
- Manage personnel administration including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll interface
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance
- Collaborate with global P&C colleagues to implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Support change management and provide guidance to leaders on HR-related matters
- Strong background in HR operations and payroll administration
- Familiarity with employment law, contracts, and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
- IPASS qualification (or equivalent Irish payroll training) desirable
- Knowledge of Irish employment law advantageous
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
- Degree or professional background in HR, Payroll, or a related field
