We’re hiring a Project Controls Lead to join a major nuclear framework at Sizewell B Power Station. This is a permanent role with real scope—leading estimating and risk management across a high-value portfolio, while managing and mentoring a small team of project controls professionals.
You’ll be the strategic anchor in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cost engineers, planners, and delivery leads. Your focus? Building robust estimates, managing risk exposure, and driving smarter decisions across the lifecycle of nuclear projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading estimating and risk management across a complex project portfolio
- Managing and developing a team of project controls professionals
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams to align controls with delivery goals
- Driving continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and governance
- Supporting planning, cost, and performance metrics with intelligent insights
- Proven experience in estimating and risk management within infrastructure or engineering projects
- Strong leadership and line management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
